Happy Birthday to Me!

Happy Birthday to ME! That's our third and final birthday for the month!

So, what did I do for my birthday? Well, first I celebrated by going to the gym :) Water Aerobics...

Then, I decided to clean my van... Spent 4 hours cleaning out the darn thing and had the DVD player going the whole time, killed the battery. Thought I ruined part of our vaccuum.... Lots of fun... super tired and sore the rest of the day!

Dennis jumpstarted the van after he got home from work and figured out that I Didn't ruin the vaccuum! YAY!

Then we went to Denny's since they offer a free Grand Slam for your birthday!!! Yay, thanks for telling me Karrie! Drove around for a little while to make sure the battery was good and charged and then came home for pie and presents!!!! The girls both got me a piece of jewelry and a new book. Charity had picked out a really sparkly bracelet and a purple necklace and Danielle a sparkly necklace/earring set. They had so much fun giving me the presents (and helping me unwrap them ofcourse!).

Then Dennis gave me his present, Twilight: New Moon on Blue Ray! lol, only we no longer have a Blue Ray player! Oh well, I guess that's on our wish list now just so I can watch my movie!

Happy Birthday Charity!

Four years ago, I became a Mom when my first beautiful little girl, Charity, was born. It's truly amazing where the time goes. One moment she was this sweet little brand new baby, and look at her now, this little girl who is growing up all too fast! And if it's possible, loves her Daddy even more now than she did then!

Since Daddy couldn't be here for her birthday this year we didn't really celebrate her birthday. But Mommy still told her Happy Birthday and sang to her, and some family members (including Daddy) called to tell her Happy Birthday.

We also went to Chuck E Cheese's, not just to celebrate her birthday but to make sure the girls got to do something fun while Daddy was gone and that was a convenient day. Though, I almost did pay $10 to get a little cake and have Chuck E deliver it to the table, lol. Don't worry, I came to my senses in time. Both girls had an absolute blast though! Tiffany and Alex came so Charity had someone to run around and play with and then Mindy came and brought Mikeal so Danielle had someone to run around with. Though, being so little, they weren't really interested in the companionship but they did ride a few rides together. Of course, Charity got her pony ride, even if it wasn't brown and white and alive, lol! The carousel is always a huge hit with my girls!

Then in the evening, Charity got to do one of her most favorite things of all, go over to Alex's house to play. lol. Seriously though, those 2 just can't get enough time together. It's great that she has such a good friend and it's too bad Danielle hasn't really had the opportunity to find a friend so close :(

Anyway, Happy Birthday to my beautiful 4 year old! I know you're excited to start school (preschool) this fall and to have a new baby sister. Oh, what the coming year will bring for you!

GIRL!!!

So, after being sure this little one was a boy, turns out that he's a SHE! That's right we're having our third little girl!

We are very excited! Here are some of the ultrasound pictures, they didn't scan very well but still something to look at!

The tech managed to get both of her feet together!

This is my favorite picture of them all! The tech was able to get all of her at once! You can see her head, an arm and both legs! WOW!

Oh yeah, and Charity thinks we should name her Charity :) Sorry kiddo, but I don't think that's one you're going to win!

Happy Birthday Danielle!

My tiny baby girl turned 2 today! Wow how time has flown by! I can't believe it's already been 2 years since that morning when she made her appearance bright and early in such a short amount of time.

We celebrated her Birthday, yesterday, on he 11th since Daddy had to fly out of town for work today. She got to go see pictures of her soon to be sibling, and then we took her shopping for some birthday treats! She wanted popsicles of course. She's not really much of a cake and ice cream kind of gal but give her a popsicle and she's all for it! We ended up grabbing some cupcakes too, but I'm not sure how interested she'll really be in those.

After we got home from the store we had lunch and then got around to the fun of birthday presents! She was so excited, she just loves opening presents! lol. It didn't help that they'd been sitting out for a couple of days and were halfway unwrapped already! I've got to admit though, I'm not sure who likes her presents more, her or Charity!

Her big present was a basketball hoop and a basketball, she just loves balls and has had so much fun with it! Charity figured out how to make it so that she could reach!

She is such a cute girl! Who just adores her older sister and we are so blessed to have her as part of our lives!

May Day, May Day!

Yeah, I feel like calling for help this month! It's going to be a busy crazy long month!

The month has started with Dennis having to work the weekend, and then his parents and sister stopped by on Sunday on their way into Salt Lake because Dennis' sister (who lives in Salt Lake) was getting induced on Monday! (Yay Mindy!)

Well, Charity absolutely LOVES her cousin Paige so Sunday night all she wanted was to spend more time with Paige so I told her we'd go to Salt Lake on Monday and let her play with Paige. Well, it ended up that EVERYONE went into the hospital with Mindy so that's where Paige was so we spent 5 hours at the hospital yesterday afternoon. Sorry Mindy! I really hope we weren't too much of a bother! Mindy had her little girl yesterday night. No name as of yet but she weighed 6lbs 6oz and was 19" long! I bet she is adorable! We may go into visit today, not sure, I haven't checked with Mindy yet to see what she'd like, and I'm not sure how long everyone is staying today so we'll see...

Onto the rest of the month! Friday Mom, Dad and Michael are going to be coming to visit to watch the girls for us this weekend. We need to do birthday shopping! As well as Saturday night is the Spirit of Excellence Awards thing for Dennis' work (that I bought the fancy dress for! Yay!) So, we have to do that on Saturday. Sunday is, of course, Mother's Day, and we'll have to do something for that. Then, if I ever get around to scheduling it, Monday we go in for the ultrasound and find out what the baby is but is also Dennis' last day of school! And then he is done!!! I'm not sure when "graduation" is but he is done! Yay!!! I wonder when his Master's Diploma (is that what it's called?) will arrive in the mail?

Tuesday Dennis has to get ready to leave, and we may celebrate Danielle's birthday. Wednesday is Danielle's birthday (12th!) and Dennis leaves for his work trip. At this point I'm still completely undecided as to what I'm going to do while he's gone! His Dad may come up to help me out, I may go to my parents, I might try to go on a trip myself, I really don't know :( The 18th of course is Charity's birthday, but Dennis won't be back until the 19th so we might celebrate her birthday on the 20th. Then the 21st the girl's have their 2 and 4 year Well Child Checkups and Dennis and I have Dentist Appointments, and then we might have family come to celebrate their birthdays that weekend. So up in the air right now! And all of that is the plan if his trip doesn't change dates at all! Grr....

So then, my next Doctor's appointment is the 25th (Yay, a few days break!) and my birthday is the 26th! And then on the 28th we might try to go on a short family vacation over Memorial Day weekend, at this point we have no idea if we are actually going to or if we do, what we're going to do! Seriously, there is so much up in the air right now it's ridiculous!

Also in there is suppose to be a Girl's Night Out where we're doing Pizza and a Movie at my house. Uh oh! Lots of cleaning to do! And it's possible other stuff is going on as well I've forgotten about but this is going to be a CRAZY month and I can't wait until life has settled down a little bit!
