New Years Resolutions 2010

Here are my goals from last year:

Read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover - didn't complete :(
Improve more at doing family home evening - did!
Exercise atleast 3x a week - mostly!
Be better at keeping track of our budget - We stay within our income but I can't seem to keep track of it!

So, my goals for this year are:

Read the entire Book of Mormon - Really, I need to work on reading the scriptures daily, hopefully I do better this year!
Continue Improving at FHE -
Exercise 4x a week -
Read 25 books - That's only one every 2 weeks or so, I'm sure I can do that no problem!

There you have it, what I hope to accomplish this year!

Bedtime Woes

So, for bedtime I go in and lay down with Danielle on her bed while Charity lays on hers. Most nights it doesn't take either girl long to fall asleep. Sometimes there's a bit of a fight with one or the other but for the most part bedtime isn't too bad. That is until the last few days. Danielle does not want to sleep!

During nap times I've had to lay by her thw whole time or there is no nap, which doesn't yet work because then we have days like yesterday where she then crashes areound 5:30 or 6, wakes between 8 & 9 and then thinks she doesn't need to go back to sleep until after midnight :(

I don't know what her problem is tonight, she got a nap early this afternoon but Charity has now been out for a while and Danielle is wide awake.

I must admit, being a Mom, sometimes there are moments of sheer frustration! Good thing they're so cute and that Mama has a fun phone to play with to vent her frustrations! Lol. But, seriously, when is it time to call it quits and just let her play for a while? That doesn't mesh with my plan of her learning she has to go to bed when it's bedtime. Ah, but now I've let her get off the bed and she's playing....
